Reduce the symptoms in some neurological diseases by exercise
Recent studies show that exercise can reduce the symptoms of many neurological diseases, including epilepsy, ALS, and Huntington's disease. As the report of Salamat News and quoted by IRNA, the study of researchers at the Guelph University in Canada shows that exercise can reduce the made toxic substances in the brain. Glutamate is one of the 20 amino acids that is used for protein synthesis in the body. The brain uses this amino acid for the transmission of nerve impulses. As the Express Medical, increasing the glutamate as a neurotransmitter inhibits the transfer of messages and being toxic of the brain. Normal brain function is that the neurotransmitter should reuptake in the brain, some diseases such as epilepsy, ALS, and Huntington prevents this amino acid reuptake and cause to severity of the disease by stimulating the cells. Huntington is a genetic disease is created caused by defects in the gene and chromosome 4 and caused the destruction of nerve cells in the brain. There is no cure for diseases associated with glutamate, but recent studies show exercise make normal the function of glutamate and prevent it from accumulating in the brain. The results of this research are very important in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
